    1. From Paul Lewis: I am pleased to announce that RHS and Recreational Sports and Fitness Services are partnering on a pilot program that will provide participants with a free two-semester Fitness Bundled Membership, good for access to fitness centers at IM West and East and all group exercises classes at all IM facilities.  There are specific expectations for those participating in the pilot project, so if you are interested, please take a look at the application. It is important to note that your supervisor is expected to approve your participation in this pilot project and must sign your application.  Unsigned applications will not be considered.
  2. Yoga Class in Brody
  1. From Kegler, Recreational Sports and Fitness Services: I was at the Brody Neighborhood meeting and the idea of a yoga class (for exercise and stress management) was tossed around. My role in the Health and Wellness Pillar is the Group Exercise piece – making arrangements to help make classes like this happen. (Zumba and Cardio kickboxing are also popular!)  Can you fill me in on what you’re hearing from your students?  Do they want a yoga class?  I would love to help move this forward if this is what students want & need.
